Being offered as new standard at no additional charge Bill Lake Modular Homes will now provide a BLOWER DOOR TEST and a THERMOGRAPHIC SCANNING TEST which will take place after the home is set and completed at site. This will maximize the heating and cooling efficiency of its homes. Bill Lake has been the leader in construction of energy efficient homes for over 43 years and as new technology is available Bill Lake Modular Homes will continue being on the cutting edge of bringing higher standards to their customers.

In the imminent future Bill Lake Modular Homes will make available the upgrade using THE BLOWER DOOR TEST and THERMOGRAPHIC SCANNING TEST to past customers. This will be an upgrade option available at a very practical charge.
