Most modular manufacturers build from the inside out - installing walls, then drywall, followed by structural work. It’s fast, but speed often comes at a cost.

We take a different approach. Our team builds outside-in, fastening the exterior walls directly to the floor system first. Only once the structural shell is secure do we move inward - adding plumbing, insulation, and interior finishes. This ensures the "bones" of the home are solid, square, and built to LAST before any interior work begins. The result? A home built to last for generations.
